A 450 sq.m. four-story house project:
The first floor serves as the main common area, including a kitchen, living room, dining area, and a guest restroom. The second floor is a private space with three bedrooms, a master suite, and two bathrooms. The third floor, which is the attic, is dedicated to hosting guests. It features a library and two spacious bedrooms with storage areas and workspaces, along with a bathroom with a shower. The basement includes a sauna, two large relaxation areas with a plunge pool, and massage tables.
The house is finished with wall panels of Italian production, assembled manually on-site. The tiles are from Spanish manufacturers, including Acrana Ceramica, WOW, and others. The flooring features Boen parquet boards.

The 210 sq.m. house is located in a picturesque area near the forest, making it essential to preserve the large panoramic windows. The clients prioritized creating a cozy and intimate atmosphere in the interior, which we were happy to bring to life.
This single-story house includes a kitchen-living area, a master bedroom, two children’s rooms, and guest spaces. The finishing with porcelain stoneware contrasts with the warmth of wood to create the perfect balance.
A single-story, 270 sq.m. house is designed in a calm Japandi style. The spacious kitchen area and dining group are separated from the private relaxation zone by the fireplace. The see-through fireplace allows the fire to be enjoyed from both areas.
The house features three master bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and walk-in closet, as well as two guest bedrooms. The client’s office is situated away from the main house and is fully equipped for work.
The project features unique large-format porcelain tiles measuring 2.40 by 1.20 meters from the Coem factory, as well as decorative plaster with a unique composition. This plaster is durable against mechanical damage, boasts a beautiful texture, and allows for the addition of various color shades and pearlescent effects.
In the private areas, the walls are partially finished with 3D panels that add depth without overwhelming the space.
The house is built in a classical style, and it is essential to take this into account when selecting interior elements and planning the finishes. I used classic shapes and color combinations to ensure the interior harmonizes with the façade of the house.
The main focal point is the hearth—the fireplace. The seating area is arranged around it, and the fire can be enjoyed from almost anywhere within the kitchen-living area.
The entire house is designed in pleasant warm tones; however, in the master suite, the clients wanted the bathroom to feel light and cool. We used tiles from Baldocer Ceramica, which create an illusion of flying splashes and fill the space with a sense of airiness.
