We also loved working with her mortgage company, we could call our agent anytime, any day of the week with any questions, I found it helpful to hear that side about choosing the right offer for example. I bought the house before and all I remember is other mortgage companies asked me was documents and no guidance or planning once so ever. Can not mention the best rate in this crazy mortgage rate market. Julia’s professional, positive, and calm approach kept my anxiety low during the whole process and I’m very grateful for this. She knows her business inside and out, she was always available for us. Julia worked very hard to get us into our beautiful home. We will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new house.
